| PARAMETER |
DESCRIPTION |
| Manager Status |
Enables or disables all MREX activities. When
Enabled, any enabled sub processes are allowed to execute. When Disabled
no automatic activities are allowed to execute. |
| Alarms |
Can be Enabled or Disabled. When
Enabled
visual and audio alarms are generated in addition to alarm log entries
when error conditions occur. When Disabled, log entries are generated
only. |

MREX checks up RUEX for any changes in RUEX database. |
| Export File Directory |
Parameter specifies the directory for data
and report export files. |
| Export Meters |

meter data get exported. When set to By Monthly Schedule, only
meters assigned to a selected monthly schedule (see below) are exported. |
| Export Meters On Monthly Schedule |
Parameter specifies the monthly schedule
assigned to meters whose billing data are to be exported. This parameter
is considered only when the Export Meters parameter (above) is
set to By Monthly Schedule. |
| Billing Archive Scanning |
Billing data exports can be done on archived
data files when this parameter is set to Enabled. Archive files
are ignored when this parameter is Disabled. |
| Billing Scan Start Date and Time |
This parameter defines the start date and
time when Billing Archive Scanning is Enabled. The filter will
reject any data with time stamps prior to the date and time set here. |
| Billing Scan End Date and Time |
This parameter defines the end date and
time when Billing Archive Scanning is Enabled. The filter will
reject any data with time stamps more recent than the date and time set here. |
| Data Rec. Interval (Minutes - For Reports) |
Parameter specifies (must match) the data
recording interval for the data being studied. The value does not affect
the RURDR data recording
interval done by MREX. The value is used for report calculations only. |
| <Day of Week> Billing Period |
Specifies how billing period is determined
for the current day of the week. When set to Off-peak, billing
period is off-peak all that day. When set to Time Of Day,
parameters Peak Billing Period Start Time of Day, and Peak
Billing Period End Time of Day (below) specify start and end times
of day for the peak belling period. |
| Peak Billing Period Start Time of Day |
Parameter specifies time of day when peak billing period starts.
This information is used in RURDR
files and billing data exports. |
| Peak Billing Period End Time of Day |
Parameter specifies time of day when peak billing period
ends. This information is used in RURDR
files and billing data exports. |
| Y Axis Filtering |
This parameter must be Enabled for
Y-Axis filtering to work. The latter does not work when this parameter
is Disabled. |
| Y Lowest |
This parameter defines the lowest data value
accepted in billing data exports when Y Axis Filtering (above) is Enabled. The filter will reject any data
with values lower than the one specified here. |
| Y Highest |
This parameter defines the highest data
value accepted in billing data exports when Y Axis Filtering (above) is Enabled. The filter will reject
any data with values higher than the one specified here. |
| NTMCRDR File Backup Directory |
Specifies the directory where MREX NTMCRDR
files get archived. This can be a directory on a local hard disk, or a
network drive. |
| External
Command Processing |
Enables or disables processing of command requests
generated via the internet. |
| Max.
age of External Command (Minutes) |
Specifies maximum age of external commands,
in minutes. Command requests older than specified here are not executed. |
| Auto -
Archiving (Data and Event Log Files) |
Specifies if data recording files and event
log file are to be archived automatically, and how often. Possible
options are Disabled, Daily, Weekly, and Monthly. |
Meters
To display a meter, first display
the on-line meter list, then click on the meter of interest.
Meter parameters can be viewed and / or edited by selecting
the Meter à
Configure menu. The last step can be done alternatively by pressing the Configure
On-line Meter button in the meter window.
| PARAMETER |
DESCRIPTION |
| Meter Id |
Specifies meter identifier. |
| Manager Status |
Enables or disables all meter activities. When
Enabled, the meter is included in all automatic MREX activities.
When Disabled, the meter is excluded from those activities,
however it can still be manipulated manually. |
| Meter Number |
Meter number. Used for book keeping, search,
and retrieval purposes. |
| Account Number |
Account number. Used for book keeping,
search, and retrieval purposes. |
| Pulses per Disk Revolution |
Parameter specifies the number of received
pulses per revolution of the meter disk. |
| Wh per Disk Revolution (Kh) |
Specifies the number of Watt Hours per
revolution of the meter disk. This number is usually printed on meters
as Kh. |
| Number of Digits |
Parameter specifies the number of dial digits
displayed on the meter. |
| Dial
Reading Multiplication Factor |
Specifies the dial reading multiplication
factor used for the meter. |
| Remote Unit Domain |
Specifies RUEX domain
which owns the remote
unit, and the counter
associated with this meter. |
| Remote Unit |
Specifies RUEX remote
unit which owns the counter
associated with this meter. |
| I/O Point Id |
Specifies RUEX I/O
point associated with this meter, used for reading meter dial
values, and NTMCRDR. |
| RURDR I/O Point Id |
Specifies RUEX I/O
point associated with this meter, used for RURDR.
This point may or may not be the same as above, depending on the model
of Remote Unit the
meter is mapped to. |
| Input Type |
Specifies the type of data input imported via
I/O points specified above. Possible options are Analog Reading
(I/O points above must be mapped to analog
point(s)), or KYZ Pulses (I/O points above must be mapped to pulse
counter(s)). |
| RURDR Type |
This parameter, used only when 'Input Type'
parameter is set to KYZ Pulses, specifies whether to use
downloaded counter (rescaled) Values, or (also rescaled) Value
Deltas (last reading - previous reading). |
| Monthly Schedule |
Specifies the MREX monthly schedule
associated with this meter. |
| NTMC Resident
Data Recording Status |
NTMCRDR
is in effect for this meter when Enabled. Not so when Disabled. |
| NTMC Resident Data Recording File Size |
Size limit of meter's NTMCRDR file. Unlike
event log files which are circular, data recording files are not. An
alarm is generated every time new data is appended to a data recording
file which is larger than allowed by this parameter. No data is lost,
however alarms persist. The only way to get rid of alarms is to archive
the file. |
