Products
We implement control systems using
- NTMC
master controller running on one or more computers made by a major manufacturer.
BTE recommends Dell, however customers
can specify their own preferences.
- One or more customer specific NTMC
application modules (such as, for example, load management),
- Interface hardware - any
equipment running industry standard protocols such as MODBUS
RTU or DNP 3.0, and / or
any equipment running native protocols as long as documentation can be obtained from equipment
vendor(s).
Installation Services
Every customer is
helped with on site installation as follows:
- At BTE we reconfigure and test the computer(s),
- We add drivers so NTMC
supports any hardware pre-existing at the customer's site,
- We load the computer(s) with NTMC
software, then ship the computer(s) to the customer,
- On customer site we assist with system integration (including computer
setup, communications, and installation of interface equipment),
- We help with building the new system databases,
- We train the operator(s).
Customer Support
After installation we
support our customers by offering:
- Free support via telephone and e-mail for the first month after
system installation,
- One or more of the several support
packages after the first month of operation.
